A Little Weekend Treat

No-Bake, No-Added-Sugar Peanut Butter Oat Cups

Light and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smooth, no-added-sugar Diablo peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons Diablo sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk of choice
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 100 g Diablo 80% dark chocolate (no added sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions: :

  1. Making the base:

                 – In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, milk, and oats.

                 – Mix well until the texture is even.

                 – Shape into medium-sized balls and press them into muffin tins or silicone molds to form a base.

  1. Melting the chocolate:

                 – Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring until smooth.

  1. Assembling the cups:

                 – Pour the melted chocolate over the oat base, covering it completely.

                 – Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for extra flavor.

  1. Chill & enjoy!

                 – Place the cups in the fridge for at least 1 hour, until they set.
