Sapinca is an acronym. The first half refers to the juice of the fruits/roots (sap), and the second refers to the indigenous people of Latin America (inca).

The end result is two explosively flavored, bittersweet, spicy medicinal drinks with endless uses: pure vitamin bombs, a regenerating drink when poured with hot water, a summer long drink with soda and rosemary, and with other ingredients it can be the basis for exciting virgin cocktails.
